Kiley Tomes, M.S.
Kiley (she/her) assumed the Assistant Director of Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution role in October 2023. A homegrown Midwesterner, Kiley was raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, then moved to Fort Worth, Texas, for her undergraduate studies. She attended Texas Christian University (TCU) and graduated with a B.S. in Youth Advocacy and Educational Studies with minors in Mathematics and Child Development. After graduation, Kiley relocated to Evanston, Illinois, where she earned her M.S. in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University. Preceding UNC Charlotte, Kiley was a student employee for TCU’s Dean of Students Office, Admissions Office, and University Recreation Center. During graduate school, she was the graduate assistant for Illinois Institute of Technology’s Student Conduct Office and Northwestern University’s Fraternity and Sorority Life Office. Kiley’s experiences lie within student accountability and behavioral concerns, social justice and equity, research assessment, leadership development, and crisis management. She is passionate about instilling integrity through educational conversations and intentional guidance. In her personal time, Kiley enjoys playing fetch with her goldendoodle, trying new restaurants, and exploring surrounding neighborhoods.
